Why I Created Glucose Guide
During my work with students, I saw how difficult diabetes management can be in real life.
In one case, a student using an insulin pump struggled to get consistent, day-to-day support. Appointments were limited, and many important questions went unanswered between visits.
That experience stayed with me.
It showed how easy it is to feel on your own when managing something as complex as blood sugar.
I created The Glucose Guide to make things simpler.
The focus is on turning clinical information and glucose data into clear, practical steps you can actually follow, without overwhelm.
This isn’t just about improving numbers.
It’s about understanding what’s happening in your body so you can make confident, consistent decisions every day.
How I Help
I help you understand your blood sugar and know what to do next, day to day.
You will learn how to:
-
Turn complex glucose data into simple, usable insights
-
Understand how food, medication, and daily habits affect your levels
-
Take clear, actionable steps
-
Build consistent, sustainable routines
This approach is designed for people who want clarity, structure, and ongoing support, not quick fixes.
